These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Judisyn.in and its web and mobile applications (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for individual use unless you have purchased a multi-seat plan.

2. Subscriptions & payments

  • Paid plans are billed monthly, quarterly or yearly in advance, inclusive of applicable GST as shown at checkout.
  • Access continues until the end of the paid period. Unless auto-renewal is enabled, your plan will expire at the end of the term.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, bulk-download, resell or redistribute content from the Services; attempt to circumvent security or usage limits; or use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

4. Content & AI outputs

Judgments are public records sourced from courts and tribunals. Summaries, headnotes and other AI-generated outputs are provided to assist research and may contain errors. They are not legal advice. Always verify against the original judgment before relying on it.

5. Intellectual property

The Judisyn platform, software, design, editorial enhancements, summaries and trademarks are owned by Judisyn.in and protected by law. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the Services during your subscription.

6. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Judisyn shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
